On August 22 the CBC Stu­dio 700 will be taken over by the sec­ond annual Movin’ On Up-Staged Read­ings. Movin’ On Up presents the new works of two local, emerg­ing play­wrights and puts them on stage using top-notch, well known actors. This years works include Strip by Christo­pher Cook and Rogue Hori­zon by CJ McGillivray, directed by Brian Cochrane and star­ring Allan Mor­gan, Deb Williams, Emmelia Gor­don, Yoshie Ban­croft and Geor­gia Beaty. The event will be hosted by local come­dian Adam Pateman!
